Welcome to BashaNow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BashaNow website, mobile application, and any other platform services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We provide a marketplace for property buyers, sellers, and renters within the Bangladesh real estate sector.
🏠 2. Use of the Platform
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on BashaNow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Conduct:
- Providing false or misleading information about property listings.
- Attempting to bypass security measures or scrape data from the Platform.
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local property laws.
- Harassing other users or BashaNow representatives.
📋 3. Listing Rules
All property listings must represent actual properties available for sale or rent. BashaNow reserves the right to remove any listing that fails to meet our verification standards or contains inappropriate content.
Verification Requirement
Landlords and agents must provide proof of ownership or authorization to list a property when requested by our moderation team.
💰 4. Payments & Unlocks
Some features on the Platform, such as "Premium Listings" or "Contact Unlocks," may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. BashaNow does not store your full credit card or mobile banking credentials on our servers.
⚖️ 5. Limitation of Liability
BashaNow acts as an intermediary platform. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the condition of the properties listed. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any financial transactions or legal agreements.
🏛️ 6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
